15 Best Skylines in the World

According to Luigi Di Serio here are The Top 15 Skylines in the World.  Luigi Di Serio says this about himself:  "I live the life of freelance and versatility.  I do ad hoc writing, website development and theorizing.  I am an entrepreneur.  I hold a degree in Urban and Regional Planning, but am also prolific in sociology, psychology... and website development...."
